Millers Westbourne gin with a subtle hint of French vermouth. Alternatively, try good Polish vodka instead of gin.

A modern day classic using Stolichnaya Citrus vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and fresh lime.

Manhattan

Fantastic bourbon cocktail using Buffalo Trace and red vermouth.

Margarita

Famous tequila-based drink mixing El Jimador Reposado tequila, sugar and lime.

Daiquiri

Created by mining engineers, Matusalem Platino rum, shaken with sugar and lime.

Old Fashioned

Buffalo Trace bourbon slowly blended with ice, over sugar with a few dashes of bitters.

Brandy Alexander

Cognac, Mozart chocolate liqueur, shaken with milk and double cream.

Harvey Wallbanger

Stolichnaya vanilla vodka and orange juice, finished with a drizzle of Galliano liqueur.

Bloody Mary
